SHEism: The Woman Worship Way is a revolutionary new spiritual process created by Christa Bell to joyfully initiate *women into their deepest and most sacred natural truths. Wouldn’t you love to have a religion based on the divinity of YOU? This is the Way that SHEism teaches.

SHEism facilitates the process by which women cull their own scriptures, rituals, prayers, holy days, and times of consecration based on their own bodies and experiences. Participants will learn the basic framework for creating individualized theologies, and will participate in a spiritual right of passage that includes ecstatic movement, self-discovery through ritual, writing, crafting and sharing.

This workshop can be taught as a one-hour overview, a three-hour intensive, a day-long workshop, a weekend retreat or a four month initiation. Participants will also learn:

• The instructions for an intensive 40-day “dicktox” a detox from male-centric frameworks defining female pleasure.

• How to access the Queendom of Goddess within by way of your sacred center. This sacred center, also known as the second chakra, is the dwelling place of the Creative Self, and it lives in the region of the lower abdomen and reproductive area.

• How to spiritually and emotionally cleanse this sacred center of shame, guilt and fear, via active ecstatic meditation, thereby freeing your creative potential.

• How to cull scriptures and holy rituals from your own body and experiences and implement these scriptures as a conscious spiritual practice.

• How to use your Coochie as an intuitive guide.

*This workshop is for people who identify as and live in the world as women. SHEism can be taught as a three-hour workshop, day-long immersion, weekend retreat, or six-week initation intensive.
